Increased Presence Decreased Crime

The OV3RWATCH FOUNDATION was instrumental is securing the donation of 3 Tomcars to the Houston Police Department for use in Park Patrol.

Each year, financial support from our donors improves the patrol effectiveness and efficiency in Memorial Park and Buffalo Bayou Park.  Our 2018 goals include funding for vehicle enhancements, citizen first aid kits, and improved mobility aids.

With advanced background clearance, citizen’s can volunteer to accompany Houston Police Officers during park patrols.  Park patrols run three shifts a day and provide ample volunteer opportunities.
