HELPING SAVE LIVES

Each month, OV3RWATCH volunteers provide in-situ auxiliary hydration, nutritional replenishment, and administrative solutions to officers during No Refusal weekends.

These services, which require volunteer and financial resources, are performed in conjunction with the Texas Department of Public Safety, Harris County Sherriff’s office, the Harris County Constables, and the City of Houston DWI Task Force.

This work enables officers to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of DWI processing during a specific shift.  Improvement yields can result in a doubling or tripling of prisoner intake in certain instances.
