Educating Our Neighborhood Youth

The Houston Police Department Explorer’s program provides leadership opportunities, community service activities, and career orientation experiences to young men and woman ages 14 and older.

The OV3RWATCH Foundation provides financial support to the Central Police Station’s 2018 participants.

Monetary support from our donors assists with supplies, housing, and logistics for local and state competitions.

Our volunteers role play various training modules designed to educate program participants.  The primary goals of the program are to help young adults choose a career path within law enforcement and to challenge them to become responsible citizens in their communities and throughout the nation.
